16 clubs from Florida
Select 12-16 clubs that are the strongest on the girls side and the strongest on the boys side. Create 2 Div. At the end of the season the bottom two clubs in each gender will have to play relegation games against new applicants. The Div. 2 winner will move up into Div. 1 and the the last place team will be moved down into Div. 2. Bottom 2 from Div 1 will play relegation games against 2nd and 3rd place clubs from Div. 2. Take it to the next level a get the the clubs from R3 involved.
A State Cup tournament for the clubs involved (Div. 1 & 2 ) could be created at the end of the season. We would have a club champ by gender and an overall team champ.
I personally do not care if it would be under FYSA or USCS.

Wouldn’t it be better if the FYSA would be split into 2 independent board/associations (COMP. and REC.) but under one deneral umbrella? Comp could start at U11. FSL-Admin
Changes that need to happen
Min. of 10 teams but clubs need to be selected based on the gender they are strong in and not selected as a “package”. You are strong (top 10) on the girls side your are in for girls but not on the boys. FSL-Admin
FSL Region A Division U13 – U18/U19
FSL will offer a boys Region A division for the 2012/13 season.
